We have been looking after patients and clients with over 19 years of experience. We are located only a 15 minute walk from Watsonia train station; and a 5 minute drive to the Greensborough Plaza, so getting to our clinic is easy.

The very foundation our practise stands on is our commitment to improving our clients well being through remedial massage itself. Because of this, we utilise a vast range of dynamic massage techniques and massage styles, such as cupping and dry needing; and tailor them to your anatomical needs. Therefore no two remedial massage treatments are the same.

Alongside working with your lifestyle, we will assess your posture and your range of motions (how your body moves). So as to unpack the how and why you're in the pain cycle you find yourself in. You will also receive an array of self help and self care techniques. These will include stretches, rehabilitative exercises and self massage techniques. Assisting you with your self healing, means our commitment to you is ongoing.

Some of the techniques and modailties used here at GRMM:

- Integrative Therapeutic Massage; comprising of Relaxation, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Therapuetic and Sports massage

- Remedial Massage ; involving deep tissue massage, MET (muscle energy technique), cupping, PNF stretching, Trigger point work, Mobilisation,

- Myotherapy ; featuring dry needing, exercise rehabilitation, specific lifestyle analysis, assessment and research

- Reiki, promoting energy healing, re-alignment, energy grounding and stillness

- Touch for Health Kineasiology, assisting us to find out what muscles are over active or underactive

- Guided Meditation sessions, supporting mindfulness living
